She has spent almost 20 years building high performing teams in tech across everything from campus recruiting to senior executive and C-suite roles. She is a strategic advisor to leaders, guiding them from architecting a successful organizational design to ensuring an incredible candidate experience to ensuring timely hiring outcomes.
Most recently as the Global Head of Inclusion & Impact at Squarespace, she led strategic initiatives to empower, grow and support the workforce in their worldwide offices and built lasting programs and partnerships that aligned Squarespace values and business outcomes in the ESG space.
With an approach starting with building rapport and colored with humor, she sees the best in you and isn’t afraid to deliver hard truths that will help you grow. She has a background in sociology and women’s studies, which shapes how she thinks about fairness and systems.
